David Seth Miller is a documentary filmmaker, writer, audio producer, and educator working to elevate underrepresented voices at the intersection of culture and place. His documentary works include the conservation films Trawen: Travels and Transformation in Patagonia and Last Wild Bison. Recent audio works NPR's Radio Ambulante and Blue Ridge Public Radio. As longtime editorial director of Matador Network, he was responsible for building an indie travel website into one of the largest travel media publishers on the internet.
Patricia Serrano is an Argentine journalist, audio producer, and podcaster based in Asheville, NC. Her work focuses on la comunidad latina in North Carolina and the complex underlying stories and relationships connecting us throughout the Americas. Publications include NPR's Radio Ambulante and Blue Ridge Public Radio, Univision, and Enlace Latino NC, where she is hosting and producing the 5th season of Enlace Latino Podcast. Patricia was a 2022 Cothinkk Grant recipient for accelerating positive changes in Asheville's BIPOC community, and a 2023 Tipping Point grant recipient for her project bringing Spanish books to Western North Carolina. @serranopatricia
